Commercial real estate on Singapore's Greater Southern Waterfront is dense with glass towers, so PRISM needed a clear point of view to compete for the tenants it's designed for. The positioning centers on one idea — this is infrastructure for deep tech and research companies, not generic premium office space — and that idea shapes every decision that follows, from the brand voice to the interface itself.
UI/UX decisions carry the positioning directly: oversized, architectural typography gives the brand its confidence, while structured spec blocks (height, floor plates, GFA, completion) let the site double as a technical reference for investors and facilities leads alike. Long-form scroll sections alternate between brand storytelling and hard data, translating a real estate positioning strategy into an interface that reads as credible to both an institutional investor and a tenant company evaluating the space.

A positioning-led brand and UI/UX system built around the specific needs of deep tech and research tenants.
