1. In short

We don’t sell your data and we don’t ask for it. The site uses Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to see what works, and you can switch both off in your browser. If you email us, your message stays between us.

2. The studio behind this site

OSPLY is run by Yevhen Ostashchenko, [statut juridique], Nice, France. Questions about your data go to hi@osply.co.

3. What reaches us when you visit

Your browser shares standard technical details: the pages you open, your device and browser, approximate location, the site you came from and your IP address. When you write to us, we also see your name, email and the content of your message.

4. Google Analytics

Helps us understand which projects people look at and how they move through the site. It works with cookies and collects page views, session length, device type and approximate location.

5. Meta Pixel

Measures how our work performs across Instagram and Facebook and lets us reach people who already know the studio. If you’re logged in to Meta, it may connect your visit to your account.

6. Cookies on this site

_ga, _ga_*, Google Analytics, up to 2 years
_fbp, Meta Pixel, 90 days
Nothing else. The site works the same with all of them blocked.

7. Turning tracking off

Block or clear cookies in your browser settings, install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on, or adjust ad settings in your Meta account.

8. How long we keep it

Analytics data follows the periods listed in the cookie section. Emails are kept while we work together and up to three years after our last exchange, or deleted earlier if you ask.

9. What you can ask for

A copy of your data, a correction, deletion, or a stop to its use. Email hi@osply.co and we’ll reply within 30 days. You can also contact France’s data protection authority, the CNIL, at cnil.fr.

10. Updates

When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
